Full job description
The ideal candidate must have a great attitude & interpersonal skills. Also uphold professional working relationships with other team members and maintain composure while under stress.
Front Desk Agent Essential Functions:
- Answer telephones in a friendly manner
- Answer guest questions and offer information and assistance.
- Check guests in and out and thoroughly complete all guest transactions.
- Accurate information is established.
- Obtain or confirm room requirements.
- Verify pre-registration.
- Special requests are noted and fulfilled.
- Proper credit is received.
- Obtain information and signatures.
- Verify credit cards or obtain cash.
- Follow set procedures on posting charges, cashing checks, safe deposits and refunds.
- Rooms are assigned and room keys are issued.
- Assist guests quickly, patiently and with friendly attitude.
- Promote and sell special hotel programs.
- Maintain work area neat and organized.
- Maintain keys in secure area.
- Assist other departments with necessary information to fulfill guest needs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
