Looking for Line/Prep cook. Mulligan’s Pub is a small, fairly busy 50 seat pub. Responsibilities include using Grill, Fry, Cold food stations to prepare simple dishes and dish washing, cleaning the kitchen and help cleaning the bar at night. Our menu contains items like Fish and Chips, Wings, Burgers, Sandwiches and many other similar pub style foods. All of the menu will be taught to the chosen candidate but I’d like someone who is experienced with the fast pace of a kitchen and willing to work hard.
There will be a tip out from the bartenders for helping them clean the front of the house and occasionally helping through the shift.
Hours will be from 7pm-3am. Benefits include a shift drink and %20 discount anytime. I look forward to hearing from you and hopefully joining the family.
