Manager
Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of basic business fundamentals including P&L and COGS reports.
- Supervise and coordinate all teamwork between the kitchen and front of house
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage front of house personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Candidate Qualification
- Previous management experience in food service
- Excellent communication skills
- Detailed oriented individual with ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
- Outgoing, Friendly, Genuine
- Has a sense of urgency to problem solve, with a hands-on attitude
- Good hygiene habits
