Line Cook/Prep Cook Full Time

Line Cook Job Duties

-Follow direction of Executive Chef and Sous Chefs

-prep, set up, and stock stations with mise en place (food and equipment)

-cook items in coordination with the chefs and kitchen team

-properly breakdown stations and mise en place in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the chefs

-have the ability to work under pressure and accept constructive criticism

-have a willingness to grow and learn as a hospitality professional

-maintain a positive and professional approach towards team members and guests

-maintain the highest level of cleanliness and sanitation for yourself, your stations and the kitchen as a whole

-Help with unloading and storage of deliveries

-jump in to help wherever needed, whether it be another station, prep work, or cleaning

-Immediately bring forth any issues to chefs to resolve quickly and efficiently

-Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Executive Chef or Sous Chefs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour

Experience:

  • cook: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Line Cook: 1 year (Preferred)

License:

  • food handler certificate (Preferred)
