What You’ll Do:
As an Airbnb Cleaning Specialist, your role will be maintaining our properties’ outstanding reputation for cleanliness and guest readiness. Your day will start at 10 AM, with guests checking out, and will end by 4 PM, just in time for new guests to enjoy their spotless vacation home. Your eagle eyes will also be crucial in inspecting for any potential damages using our efficient, custom walkthrough checklists. You will play a key part in creating an unforgettable stay for our guests by ensuring their homes are spotless, fresh, and inviting before they even step through the door.
Work Hours: This is a full-time position, operating between the hours of 10 AM – 4 PM, 5-7 days a week.
Compensation: We value your hard work and dedication, so you can expect a competitive rate of $17 an hour.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Airbnb Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and preparation of our Airbnb properties following guest checkouts at 10 AM and before the next guest’s check-in at 4 PM. Key tasks include:
Conducting thorough cleaning of the properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, common areas, and outdoor spaces.
Inspecting the properties for damages using our proven system of custom walkthrough checklists.
Restocking household supplies and ensuring all items are accounted for.
Providing feedback on property conditions and guest interactions.
