💼 Job Responsibilities:
As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be to assist in the overall cleanliness and upkeep of the Airbnb property. Here’s an overview of your duties:
– Perform cleaning and tidying tasks in guest rooms, common areas, bathrooms, and kitchen to maintain a pristine and welcoming environment.
– Change linens, towels, and replenish amenities to ensure guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
– Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, and sweep/mop floors to maintain cleanliness standards.
– Restock supplies and report any maintenance issues or damages to the property manager.
– Adhere to established cleaning protocols and follow instructions provided by the property manager.
– Assist with laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing.
👥 Qualifications and Skills:
– Prior experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hospitality or vacation rental setting.
– Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
– Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient completion of tasks.
– Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
– Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift/move heavy objects if necessary.
– Friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with guests.
– Flexibility with scheduling and availability to work on short notice if needed.
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
📅 Schedule and Compensation:
This is a part-time position with a flexible schedule based on the occupancy of the Airbnb property. Cleanings will be performed on Sundays-Wednesday will be the main days, at least once per week. $25/hour as the pay.
