Busy Pizzeria/Italian restaurant is looking for part time or full time Shift Supervisors to ensure 100% customer satisfaction during the shift.
This is an entry level management position, and does not include duties such as inventory and employee scheduling.
The main responsibilities of this position is to supervise the Front of House Staff to make sure customers are getting waited on, and that the shift runs smoothly.
In addition to that, other duties include:
– Customer interaction (touching tables)
– Motivating the FOH staff
– Maintaining our service standards
– Helping staff members that find themselves “in the weeds”
– Opening the POS for a new days business, if on a day shift
– Closing the POS at the end of the night, if on an evening shift
