Amazing food is the cornerstone of what we are about at 800° WOODFIRED KITCHEN. Without a strong heart of house we couldn’t do what we do. Pizza cooks, line cooks, fry station, salads & hot apps. Every station is an integral part to the heart of house team. Duties include, cooking, cutting, knife skills, temperature knowledge, health and sanitation knowledge, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing.
