Looking for a great part-time seasonal position? Our Seasonal Temporary Team Members provide essential support during the peak holiday season. They provide general labor, picking bottles, making boxes, and other functions throughout the ABC Distribution Center. The 2020 holiday season begins November 1st, 2020 and continues through January 15th, 2021.
Hours are scheduled between 7 AM – 3PM; Monday – Thursday
Responsibilities
Seasonal team members may do some or all of the following, depending on distribution center needs
Put away cases of product in the proper location using a wrist scanner.
Pick and pack Individual bottles in cases to prepare for shipment to stores.
Read production schedule and store shipping orders or requisitions to determine product to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
Open cases, boxes and containers of product from designated storage location in distribution center.
Participate in cycle counts by physically scanning product in line to ensure accurate counts for warehouse inventory.
Box and seal up picked product to ready for store shipment.
Account for any damages occurred during shift and cleaning any spills or breakages associated with the damaged merchandise or product.
Set up and clean to prepare for next work day, including folding new boxes and sweeping/picking up of assigned work areas.
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
Qualifications
To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The candidate must posses English-speaking skills, and basic math, reading and reasoning skills.
6 months or more of warehouse experience is required
All candidates must pass a company-issued background screening and drug test prior to hire.

While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly exposed to humid conditions while working inside the warehouse.
The team member is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts.
The team member is occasionally exposed to working in high, precarious places (greater than 6ft).
The team member is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud.
