We are seeking a Front Desk Agent and acting GM. The role will be hybrid with typical Hotel Front Desk duties for some shifts, and AGM/back office duties for others.
Responsibilities:
Front Desk:
- Answer incoming calls and screen them in order to route properly.
- Answering phones.
- Checking guests in.
- Checking guests out.
- Doing clerical work for the hotel.
- Be familiar with hotel services and amenities.
- Be on time and presentable.
- Going the extra mile for guests.
Acting GM:
- Reconcile Reservations
- Charge guest no-show fees
- Coordinate with Housekeeping Team regarding late checkouts/extensions/late fees etc.
- Audit verification
- Handling customer complaints
- Training employees
- Going the extra mile for guests
