Job Summary and Qualifications

As the Administrative Assistant in Quality Management, you will support the department’s daily operations and perform a range of administrative office duties. You will also support the administrative needs of the Infection Prevention department and enterprise.

  • You will perform clerical tasks including typing, data entry, filing, copying, and distributing materials
  • You will use phone and personal communications to handle interpersonal relations with various customers
  • You will coordinate, set up, and prepare for meetings, including documenting meeting minutes
  • You will maintain office operations such as making appointments, contacting personnel and/or customers, and notifying leadership of events that may impact the department
  • You will assess and maintain department supplies and ensure that equipment and supplies are available and in operating condition
  • You will assist in coordinating the onboarding process of interns
  • You will check and disperse mail daily
What qualifications you will need:

Experience

  • 1 year of previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in another support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Education

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree – preferred
