Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the FLICA or like crew bidding system.
  • Process, post, manage, close and AWARDS monthly bids.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Crew Planning, Training Planning and designated Union members to ensure bidding meets all CBA and business requirements.
  • Help in preparing and assembling monthly bid packages IN FLICA.
  • Receive, sort, and file all crewmember incoming email requests, with base transfer requests, relief line requests, training and vacation requests.
  • Perform other duties related to Crew Resources as needed such as answering incoming email and phone calls.
  • Assign and manage all Flight Attendant Recurrent Training and special assignments.
  • Maintain accurate and updated Pilot and Flight Attendant Seniority Lists.
  • Cost-effective and efficient completion of monthly transition for crew members
  • Accurate and timely processing of crew member EAR’s
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned. Responsibilities and duties may change when circumstances dictate (e.g., emergencies change in workload, rush jobs or technical developments).
