Work Hours/Shift:
Full Time/Days must be open to mornings, nights, weekends and 3rd shift
You Will Be Responsible For:

Provide daily oversight of assigned screening locations and assisting with maintaining adequate staffing and supplies at each location.
Continually round to onsite screening locations to insure consistent delivery of temperature taking process, appropriate distribution of essential supplies and proper infection prevention standards are being followed at all times
Provide customer service support to all screening stations for situations that require escalation and temperature recheck due to elevated temperature.
Regularly inspect and clean equipment to ensure the equipment is safe and in good working condition.
Monitor screening staff and provide coaching, feedback and supervision related to delivery of care ensuring AdventHealth service standards are being followed.
Monitor and supervise process for screeners to receive daily breaks throughout each shift.
Provide back up for screeners due to call out, staff shortages and shift changes.
Provide approved health services information for individuals with elevated temperature who desire to seek additional care.

Qualifications
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
Excellent oral communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced, stressful environment.
Customer Experience acumen and professionalism

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Must be at least 18 years old
High school graduate or equivalent
One year experience in a retail or customer service in a lead or supervisory capacity
