The Karol Hotel Line Cook is responsible for the following:
– Preparing plates to Chefs standards and specifications by following recipes and presentation guidelines
– Assists Chefs with prep and cleanliness of the kitchen
– Follows all food safety and sanitation standards
– Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
– Able to stand on your feet for 8 hours
– Must have reliable transportation
