KBP Brands is looking for a standout Assistant General Manager. The Assistant Manager is second in command of an Arby’s® restaurant and is responsible for assisting the General Manager (GM) in managing the overall operations of the unit.
This Arby’s restaurant is independently owned and operated by KBP Brands. Brand’s restaurants across 32 states throughout the United States.
- Grow sales by ensuring an exceptional customer experience, and great operations.
- Partner with the GM to meet or exceed budgeted EBITDAR and utilize available reports to identify opportunities.
- Share responsibilities with the GM for coaching and training of Shift Managers and Team Members, by utilizing KBP training programs; supports national training initiatives and involved in the process for new employee orientation.
What are we looking for?
- High School, GED, College, or University Degree Preferred.
- 1-2 years of successful, supervisor, high sales volume, and/or QSR experience.
- Strong communication skills and excellent problem solver.
- Hold a valid driver’s license and carry a minimum of $100,000 in liability insurance coverage.

Essential Functions
- Lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- Stand and walk constantly for entire shifts.
- Maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment.
- Ability to effectively communicate and follow direction.
