Our company has a small team that helps the community with their storage and rental truck needs. We’re adding a Part-time team member (35-39hrs/week). If you’re a self-starter and work well by yourself, come join our team.
As an Assistant Facility Manager, you’ll work with a small team that helps people when they need storage and keep the property maintenance up to date. One day a week you provide office support to our customers and the rest of the week you’ll perform maintenance around the facility. There will be weekly meeting with the site manager to make sure the maintenance is on schedule. You’ll always have Sundays off and only work one or two Saturdays a month. We’re flexible with days off and hours worked.
· Routine facility maintenance and prevention.
· Keeping grounds and equipment clean and in good repair.
· Routine plumbing and HVAC checks.
· Knowledge of standard tools and practices of general maintenance trades.
· Assist Property Manager with service and sales.
· Basic Computer and Software experience
· Reliable transportation.

Starting Pay is $18-20/hr plus a bonus of $15 dollar per rental (only days you work in office).
