Stadium Hotel (located next to Hardrock Stadium) has IMMEDIATE openings in our Maintenance Department for an assistant Maintenance Manager.
Requirements: Three to five years as an Assistant or Chief Engineer in a Hospitality environment.
Working knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration and Life Safety, Energy
Management, Swimming pools etc.
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, equipment operation and maintenance, record-keeping systems
Effective management, leadership, organizational and communication skills
Ability to work flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
