Assistant Office Manager with Bookkeeping and Multitasking capability (Fort Lauderdale) Full Time

Do you have experience managing a small office?
Do you have Bookkeeping and Quickbook Desktop and online experience?

Managing bookkeeping, clients, telephone calls and all that goes with it ?
This position is for someone with lots of energy, great attitude and at least 5 years of experience helping manage or having managed multiple daily clients and high traffic calls and clients.
Must love managing people and clients.

We are located in Fort Lauderdale and are open 5 days a week.
The job is in house and the hours are 8:00 – 5:00 with 1 hour lunch break.
We are growing and need someone that wants to grow with us.
We are steady and have had the same Real Estate Industrial business for the past decades.

Must have at least 5-7 years of experience as an office assistant Manager or Office Manager !
Please make sure you do have at least 5 years of experience!
