AGM’s should have open availability. ServSafe & Five Guys management certification required, training is provided & paid for by company.
AGM’s will:
Assist the General Manager in maintaining excellent daily operations.
Assist the General Manager in all aspects regarding profitability/ controllables
Supervise food service work in accordance with established policies and procedures and ensures complete adherence to ensure guest safety
Exemplify a proficiency to execute tasks on-time, delegate & follow-up in an extremely fast-paced enviroment with minimal oversight from superiors.
Become a “secondary GM”, working different shifts throughout the week. Opening, closing, weekends.
A High School Diploma/ GED is mandatory. Excellent growth opportunity for those looking to take their career to the next level
