The Doorman Attendant position is a Hospitality driven role. Candidate must be friendly, outgoing, customer service savvy and maintain a courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the meeting, greeting and directing of residents and guests.
Verifying and recording visitor information.
Answers inquires pertaining to residential services; registration of guests, shopping, dining, entertainment and travel directions.
Receive and process incoming and outgoing laundry, shipments and/or mail/packages.
Monitor lobby traffic and alert residents to arriving guests and deliveries.
Keeping the communal areas tidy and providing a security presence on-site.
Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors.
Observe monitors for suspicious activities.
Report suspicious or criminal activities to management or lead supervisor.
All other job duties requested.
Must enjoy interacting with people
Must have exceptional hospitality skills
Must be able to stand for long periods of time
Must have at least 2 years of residential doorman/concierge experience
High school diploma High School Diploma or GED Required
Bilingual English, Spanish and other languages a Plus
Previous hospitality experience preferred.
Must be able to pass a background and drug test
