FPLES – Support Services Department is seeking an Associate Account Specialist to join their team in Miami, FL.
The Account Specialist position handles Customer Service inquiries from FPL Energy Services’ customers. These inquiries include billing questions, program details, solicitation removal requests, installation status, claim status, and more. Candidates should have detailed knowledge of claims process and requirements. Knowledge of residential programs (SurgeShield, Electronic Surge Protection, Waterline Protection, Electrical Line Protection, Stress Free A/C, and legacy programs) is preferred. Candidates should be familiar with the following systems – Billing Manager, SalesForce, CALLS, Cisco UCCE and CIS.
Job Overview
Employees in this role are responsible for maintaining and cultivating customer relationships. This role serves as the primary point of contact for any and all aspects of the assigned customer account.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
Under direct supervision:
Researches and resolves sensitive customer requests and complaints
Ensures timely report of outages
Performs general account maintenance and billing adjustments
Performs rate analysis
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Grad / GED
Experience: 2+ years
Preferred Qualifications
Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certified
