The individual ideally possesses the following qualities:
• A minimum of 3 years fine dining/premium casual restaurant management experience required
• Passionate about food & beverage and accounting administration
• Detail oriented
• Computer literacy to include: Micros, Microsoft Office, OpenTable/Resy
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent phone skills, customer service oriented and proactive
• Is friendly, engaging, gracious, has the ability to focus and connect with all guests at all levels and employees and exceed their expectations
• Handles guest complaints ina timely and satisfactory manner
• Conducts interviews, hires and ensures proper par levels
• Maintains an enthusiastic attitude while promoting team work and fostering a positive work environment
• Possesses a proven track record for guest satisfaction
• Experience in various capacities of restaurant staff (ie: server, host, bartender, busser, runner, etc.) for at least 6 years
• FULL AVAILABILITY- daytime hours, evening hours and weekends
