Bakery Supervisor
We are seeking a Baker/Mixer/Supervisor to join our team!

Friendly and relaxed team environment. Family owned business. Commercial bakery with no storefront. Mon. – Thurs. 10 hour shifts. Looking for an experienced baker/mixer/supervisor of small bakery.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day operations in a small bakery environment.
Supervise bakery flow and staff in bakery.
Work alongside owner and staff.
Weigh and measure ingredients.
Mix batters.
Deposit cakes and cookies using our bakery cake and cookie depositors. (We will train)
Set oven temps and monitor.
Quality control of finished goods.
Meet daily production goals.
Weighing and packaging.
Ensure health code compliance
Keep a clean and orderly work area.
Maintain machines. (Will train).
Supervise priorities and workflow.
Clean and maintaining bakery area.
Inventory and ingredient management.
Qualifications:
Supervisor experience.
Baking experience.
Passion for food and baking.
Must be reliable and dependable.
Acute attention to detail.
Clear communication skills in English and Spanish.
We hold employees accountable for personal hygiene and appearance.
Willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
Responsible for adhering to the highest quality and safety standards.
Willing to stand for 8 – 10 hours.
Able to lift 50 pounds.
Able to work overtime on occasion.
Food safety certifications a plus. Willing to train for the food safety certifications.
Basic computer skills.
People skills in supervising staff.
Full time position 7:00 am – 5:00 pm. Pay range $15.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on experience.
