• Baking and/or Pastry cooking experience required
• Detail oriented
• Time-management skills
• Be able to measure ingredients
• Mix, divide, shape and bake for different doughs to include brioche, french, laminated and others.
• Be able to bend and stand for long hours during shifts

Duties and Responsibilities:
Hand cut, weigh, and shape dough to prepare different types of breads.
Accurate and efficient scaling and mixing to prepare dough.
Shaping, proofing and baking the bread produced, following the instructions specified on the recipes
Prep ingredients and material for next day production
Follow any other instruction given by our Head Baker
All tasks must be executed in accordance with our quality standards and procedures
Trained on bakery equipment including mixers, dividers, and ovens.
Clean, stock, and restock workstations and food storage areas.
Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.
Able to work a flexible work schedule and meet business demands, including weekends and holidays.
