LaMar’s Donuts is now hiring full-time Bakers for overnight / 3rd shift! Experience not needed but preferred. Bakers must have open availability and be able to work on weekdays and weekends.

Baker Responsibilities include:
Taking and recording temperatures of raw ingredients, water and dough
Weighing and mixing the raw materials according to recipes
Rolling and cutting the dough, hand-making other yeast-raised products
Controlling the temperature and humidity of the proofer
Placing products on screens to be placed in the proofer (if applicable)
Frying all cake and yeast-raised donuts
Finishing and decorating of products
Stocking the front of the store
Working overnight until all product is produced for that business day
