Barista
The Reserves Network is currently hiring Baristas for a coffee and tea company in Lake Buena Vista, FL. The Barista provides baked goods, beverages and service to guests at a level of quality that ensures their satisfaction and their desire to return.

What a typical day will look like:
• Provide baked goods, beverages and service to Guests
• Resolve complaints and problems as they arise
• Provide outstanding Guest Service by greeting and acknowledging every guest
• Monitor and ensure the quality of all beverages and foods served in the unit
• Explain the origins, production and brewing of products
• Follow procedures designed to meet standards of cleanliness and sanitation
• Maintain all equipment and machinery in safe, efficient working order
• Work at various location upon request
• Access all areas of the kiosks and theme parks including selling areas, stock area, and register area
• Operate and use all equipment necessary to run the kiosks
What you need:
• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Lifting – up to 50 pounds, Bending, Climbing, Pushing/pulling equipment
• Able and willing to mix, sell and serve approved alcoholic beverages to guests aged 21 and older upon request and verification of age requirement
• Work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to process information and merchandise through computer system and POS register system
