Requirements and Competencies:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Prior server/bartender experience required. Minimum of one year preferred.
Must be comfortable and able to work with all food types, including food allergens in any dining facility
Must be able to communicate effectively with ambassadors, guests and leadership
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Must be able to provide exceptional guest service
Must have excellent cash handling skills
Must be able to learn and effectively use computerized guest order system
Must be able to complete and successfully pass required SafeStaff training
Must be able to complete provided RCS Responsible Vendor Training (alcohol)
Must be able to maintain composure in stressful situations, multitask, make quick decisions, troubleshoot problems with training, and adapt to changes in a fast-paced work environment
Must be able to push/pull up to 55 pounds
Must be able to lift and carry up to 55 pounds
Must be able to stand for entire shift, up to 8 hours
Must be able to move freely around work areas
Must be able to bend, reach, twist, and turn with complete flexibility
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be able to work indoors/outdoors in all weather conditions and temperature extremes
Must be comfortable working around dust/fumes/odor
Must be comfortable with completing all cleaning duties, including use of cleaning chemicals
Must be available to work varying shifts/hours based on park hours, to include opening, mid-, and closing shifts; night events until 12 a.m., weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications:
Previous full service restaurant experience preferred
Bilingual preferred
Primary Responsibilities:
Interact with guests by greeting and providing excellent service
Check and ensure appropriate drinking age and monitor guest consumption of alcohol, following all company and state guidelines
Produce and serve bar drinks by following recipe and presentation standards
Set up and bus tables in assigned areas
Operate cash register for cash or credit card transactions
Keep all assigned areas clean and sanitary, including emptying trash, sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, and detail cleaning
Perform other duties as assigned
Availability:
In order to be considered for part-time opportunities, candidates must be available to work varying shifts/hours based on business needs. This may include working opening, mid-day, closing shifts, weekends and holidays. Currently seeking candidates that have a minimum of 2 full days availability including 1 weekend day
