What we’re looking for
We presently have an employment opportunity for a Cashier in one of our operations. In this new role the Cashier handles cash, check and credit card transactions and is responsible for appropriate record keeping and reconciling cash and credit reports daily.
What are the day-to-day responsibilities?
Accepts cash and credit payments on invoices from the service and parts departments.
Gives change and issues receipts to customers.
Verifies that the information on invoices is accurate.
Closes repair orders (RO’s) and parts invoices daily.
Reconciles cash and credit reports daily.
Position Requirements:
Knowledge of basic mathematical principles including but not limited to adding, subtracting, dividing, multiplying, and percentages.
Ability to use a cash register and calculator.
Maintain a professional, respectable and well groomed appearance
Possess a courteous, friendly and outgoing demeanor
Ability to speak and communicate clearly
Possess a high school diploma or GED
Bilingual – English and Spanish
