Required Duties and Responsibilities:
Arrives to work on time, neatly groomed in a clean uniform for every shift
Demonstrates a positive attitude at all times, willing to help out where needed
Follows all Beef ‘O’ Brady’s safety, sanitation, and employee guidelines
Setup dish machine or 3 compartment sink with proper chemicals
Scrape, wash and sanitize dishes and silverware
Allow dishware to properly dry and restock in stations
Keep dish area clean and organized
Maintain adequate levels of clean tableware to stock the cook line
Keep dish machine or sink clean and report any issues to manager
Clean food preparation and production areas as required
Sweep and mop floor as needed
Assist with table bussing in dining room as directed by manager
Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times
Can complete requirements of job without constant supervision
Works as a team to complete assigned tasks during shift
Candidate Requirements:
Food Handler Certification (or other state approved program if required)
Continuous standing, bending, lifting, carrying items (up to 60 pounds)
Able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long period of time
Must be able to communicate clearly with co-workers and management
