Argo Contact Centers is a multi-cultural company with a highly inclusive and diverse team. We are looking for work from home customer service representatives to work a shifts between the hours of 7PM Eastern Time and 7AM Eastern Time. These are full time positions with paid training.
You’ll be responding to a high volume of inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service to customers who WANT our client’s products.

Crucial: A quiet environment free of distractions

Operating System must be Windows 7 or Higher or must be the latest macOS
Processor must be a Dual Core 2.0GHz or Higher
Must have 10 GB of RAM or Higher
Internet Bandwidth must be 5 Mbps Download & 1 Mbps Upload
Internet Ping must be below 80 ms
Compensation: $13/hour and great benefits, plus that potential for up to $2/hour bonus that we mentioned

Work is primarily in an office setting with moderate to light noise.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time, stand/walk occasionally.
Speak, hear normal conversation and telephone ringtones.
