Bilingual Patient Coordinator Full Time

Job Description

Integrated Home Care (IHC) is currently seeking Full-Time Bilingual Call Center Representatives in our Miramar, FL Office. This position handles incoming calls and serves as a direct point of contact for customers and health plans, to provide information in response to inquires about orders. We are looking for people who are self-motivated, dependable individuals who are also dedicated team players. If these qualities apply to you, we would love to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities:

Troubleshoots equipment to resolve patient’s issues
Verifies patient’s information
Provides delivery schedule information
Completes and processes any pending orders
Responds to Health plan inquiries
Processes refill requests
Directs requests and unresolved issues to designated resources

Requirements:

One-year (minimum) customer service experience working in a fast-paced, ever-changing call center environment, preferably in healthcare
Bilingual (spanish preferred)
DME experience preferred but not required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Able to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends
High school diploma or equivalent
