Warehouse Logistics Associate at Block Renovation

Role and Responsibilities

The Warehouse Logistics associate role will oversee a portfolio of renovations that need to be delivered at high performance, as well as help to improve consistency, quality, and speed of renovations. Renovations are a high stakes experience for homeowners, and a highly detailed process for design and construction professionals. The ideal candidate will leverage their organization skills and impeccable attention to detail to deliver a high quality renovation experience for clients and contractors.

Key day-to-day responsibilities include:
Receive and document incoming deliveries of material into our 3000sf warehouse
Check and maintain inventory levels
Assemble, check and schedule outgoing deliveries
Maintain organization and cleanliness of our warehouse
Communicate with our procurement team to coordinate deliveries
Think creatively about how to optimize the logistics process
Help develop systems and tools to improve the logistics process

Qualifications

Tenacity for solving problems / getting things done
Highly organized and maniacal about detail
Positive, helpful and supportive – willing to take on any task, no matter how big or small
Strong communication and relationship development skills, both internally and externally
Physical stamina and manual dexterity
1-3 years of warehouse experience
Familiarity with residential renovations
Highly ambitious and goal-oriented
Demonstrates Company Philosophies in how they work
Able to build for long term, but also able to find efficient short-term solutions
