Borinquen Medical Centers is seeking to hire a full-time Door COVID Screener to join our team. The Door Screener will be responsible to provide a warm greeting along with an initial COVID-19 symptom screening to all visitors and staff entering the practice.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Performs temperature checks and health screening questions of all visitors and employees upon entering the practice site.
Provides general directions/information to visitors.
Maintains patient confidentiality.
Other duties as assigned.
Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor as required.
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/GED.
One year of Customer Services
Bilingual preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to interact effectively with consumers, administration, faculty, and staff.
Handle the information with high level of confidentiality.
Must be knowledgeable of COVID 19 and committed to keeping up with ever changing information.
Must have excellent communication skills.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
