Looking to hire a Chef that is interested in creating a small menu of breakfast bowls (ie. eggs w/ various sides) and NYC style egg sandwiches (ie. bacon,egg, and cheese on a roll). I’m looking to create a minimalist menu with high quality ingredients- a heightened version of the classics. Looking to open a new place in the St.Pete/Tampa area.
