DUTIES
Welcome and greet guests.
Ensure that empty tables are ready to receive new guests. Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies.
When a party departs, remove dirty dishes, sanitize the table, clean the seats and if necessary, sweep or vacuum the surrounding floor.
Clean up spilled food, drink or broken dishes and remove empty dishes, bottles and trash from tables for the comfort of our guest.
Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning.
Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties in establishments, such as cafeterias or dining rooms, and bathrooms, to facilitate customer service.
Maintain adequate supplies of items such as clean linens, silverware, glassware, dishes, or trays.
Serve ice water, bread, or butter/condiments to patrons.
Stock cabinets or serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers.
Locate items requested by customers.
Serve food to customers when waiters or waitresses need assistance.
Clean and polish counters, shelves, walls, furniture, or equipment in food service areas or other areas of restaurants and mop or vacuum floors on down times.
Polish glasses or other serving equipment at bars.
Wash glasses or other serving equipment at bars.
Stock refrigerating units with wines or bottled beer or replace empty beer kegs.
Follow opening and closing procedures.
Other duties as assigned.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Standing, lifting, bending and carry up to 50lbs.
Candidates must be able to work weekends and holidays.
