Act as a business partner to Call Center associates by providing effective, timely service delivery and support in regards to training and development.
Job responsibilities require the Trainer to utilize established procedures and work under immediate supervision. Work is moderately complex in nature and requires some evaluation, originality, judgement, and ingenuity.
Coordinate and facilitate new hire and on-going training.
Train new hires on product information, sales & operations standards, and sales strategy
Ensure the proper sales philosophy is understood, supported and enforced in the call center
Monitor associates as required to obtain feedback and training opportunities
Build one to one relationships with new hires to improve retention.
Support MVW culture, policies, and procedures with professional and concise training and development.
Provide, obtain, and review sales & operations documentation to ensure forms are within company guidelines
Answer all inquiries.
Review and keep abreast of new policies and procedures
Assist management in projects as required
Dissemination of material as needed
Maintain confidentiality of associate files and information
Assist in coordination of special events and programs

JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Previous sales, call center or training experience preferred.
Effective written and verbal communication and presentation skills
High level of organizational skills
Ability to interface with all levels of management
Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks
Computer skills, to include Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and general ability to understand and work in various Production systems and programs preferred.
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Walking, sitting, bending, and stooping to perform general office duties. On occasion, required to lift boxes less than 30 pounds
Must be able to stand as well as sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time
