Salary: $18-$20 per hour (starting)
Great Gatsby Auto Spa is seeking a skilled Car Detailer/Lead Carwasher to join our team at our Chicago location. The ideal candidate will have experience in car detailing and car washing, as well as strong leadership skills to lead and oversee other washers. It is also essential that the candidate be fluent in Spanish.
Responsibilities:
– Perform car detailing tasks such as washing, waxing, and polishing vehicles
– Lead and supervise other car washers and ensure high-quality work standards
– Follow the company’s safety policies and procedures
– Maintain a clean and organized work environment
– Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service
Requirements:
– At least 1 year of experience in car detailing or car washing
– Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise and train other car washers
– Fluent in Spanish and English
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
– Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
