Responsibilities/Qualifications of a Wetzel’s Pretzels Cashier:
R esponsible for maintaining outstanding customer service.
Processing sales quickly, accurately and efficiently.
Ability to read, count and accurately complete and process payment transactions.
Ability to operate all equipment and POS necessary to perform the job.
Maintain an awareness of all menu items.
Respond appropriately to guest concerns and communicate guest requests to management.
Maintain cleanliness of floors, counter and restrooms at all times.
Check orders for accuracy and portion control.
Answer phones according to standards.
Communicate well with team members and guests.
Shares responsibility for prepping and rolling pretzels.
Able to multi-task, working well within a team.
Strong people skills and communication skills.
Has a minimum of one year in the restaurant industry.
Follows the Company uniform and grooming standards and policies.
Reliable transportation.
Flexible with schedule: weekend availability and holidays will be required.
