Cecile Bakery Cafe in Miami, FL is looking for one bakery + cafe manager to join our 12 person strong team. We are located on 5744 Sunset Dr. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities
Manage day to day bakery + cafe operation
In charge of schedule back and front of the house
Train employees , keep staff motivated
coordinate orders with responsible of each areas and vendors and suppliers
Maintain updated daily revenues and expenses
Ensure front of the house and back of the house areas are clean and tidy
Ensure an excellent customer service at all time
Qualifications
Hands on work experience in bakery cafe with strong knowledge as barista , bakery product , server , retail and sales
Availability to work opening hours , week ends and holidays
Excellent communications skills with ability to manage and motivate a team
excellent customer service skills
