Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs a variety of fiberglass gelcoat tasks, such as , patch and detail Gelcoat on hulls, decks etc. Performs inspection and troubleshoots problems to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Desired Skills and Experience:
-High School or GED equivalent
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-3 to 5 years of Fiberglass & Gelcoat experience, a plus, will train.
-Own your hand tools a plus. Ability to use small hand tools, both electrical and air powered, required.
-Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift objects up to approximately 50 lbs., on a repetitive basis, required.
-Ability to climb in and out of boats using a stepladder, required.
