We are hiring CHEFS (Chef and Sous Chef) for a full time position at a HinoMaru Ramen located in Astoria, NY
Basic requirements:
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Chef or Sous Chef at Japanese Ramen or Sushi restaurants
• Good knowledge of ramen and broths
• Experience with Japanese cuisine and knowledge is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with Restaurant Kitchen regulations (NYC Food Protection Certificate holder is preferred)
• Must speak, read and write English, Japanese/English speaker is a big Plus
• Must have proper hygiene and professional appearance
Break time and free meal provided. Advancement opportunity (Manager or Chef in possible expansion)
Shifts: Available on 11am-2:30pm / 4:30pm-11pm
