As a Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for analyzing an organization as well as their financial documents, business processes, and system flows.Responsibilities:
Prepare Monthly Business Review (MBR) presentations for all supporting Lines of Business
Track and review Key Performance Indicators, transaction volumes, and trends
Present to senior management on status of business, and communicate effectively within a timely manner to management and partner sites
Work with managers to develop new reporting measures and improve service metrics
Able to assist in resolving the team queries and act as a reference point for business partners and client service members on technical and service related matters
Interact with stakeholders to respond to any escalations, client complaints, and summarize findings
Recognize and act on opportunities to improve processes
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
Demonstrate teamwork and build internal relationships across locations with partner sites

Knowledge and understanding of all primary Microsoft Office products
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, and meet tight deadlines
