Responsibilities:
Clean vacant apartments and leasing offices in communities throughout Orlando.

Understands how to thoroughly clean an apartment, which will consist of cleaning all sinks, fixtures. countertops, shelves and drawers using multi-purpose cleaners to remove any stains and buildup. Cleaning the interior and exterior of refrigerators and stoves/ovens. In bathrooms, clean all mirror surfaces, toilets, and tub/showers. Clean all interior windows and window coverings, as well as vacuuming carpeted flooring or sweeping/mopping tile/vinyl flooring.
Work Hours:
TWG operates mainly Monday – Friday, only work weekends in case of emergency. Trabajamos de lunes a viernes
Contract Pay:
Pay is based on how many units/offices cleaned. We pay a standard $50 for every studio unit cleaned, $60 for every one-bedroom apartment cleaned. We pay a standard $70 for every two-bedroom apartment cleaned. Three bedroom units/townhomes will be more. Leasing office pay varies by property.
El pago se basa en la cantidad de unidades / oficinas limpiadas. Pagamos un estándar de $ 60 por cada apartamento de una habitación limpiado. Pagamos un estándar de $ 70 por cada apartamento de dos habitaciones limpiado. Las unidades de tres dormitorios / casas adosadas serán más.
