Cleaning and Warehouse Technician
CWF Restoration is a rapidly growing water and fire restoration company based in Chicagoland seeking to add a full-time, dedicated Cleaning and Warehouse Technician at our Houston Location. The Technician helps restore damaged items to pre-loss condition by cleaning, moving, and packing damaged customer property and overseeing the day-to-day warehouse functions.

What’s the job?
-Pack, move, clean and inventory physically damaged personal property from water or fire incidents
-Detailed on-site cleaning and some structure demolition
-Utilize contents inventory software to document all items removed from the job site
-Work with cleaning equipment
-Follow all safety regulations and company policy/procedures
-Follow timelines and deadlines
-Warehouse and field errands
What should you bring to the table?
-Positive attitude and ability to contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers
-Ability to communicate effectively, respectfully, and professionally
-Valid state driver’s license
-Must be able to lift up to 50-75lbs
-Hands-on knowledge of computer and mobile technology
-Hard-working team player who can easily adapt to changing needs
