Vesta Property Services provides property management and related services to developers of planned unit communities and residential associations. Headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida, Vesta offices are strategically located throughout the Sunshine State. Vesta employs over 1,500 trained and educated professionals providing a wide spectrum of services to residents of more than 300,000 homes in over 800 communities.
SUMMARY
Facility Attendants play a very important role as they are often the first person in which our patrons interact. The Facility Attendant acts as the ambassador of the community by providing exceptional service to all residents and guests.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES include the following:
Greet residents, prospective residents and guests.
Provide a highly visible presence in and around the facility.
Ensure all guests are registered properly.
Provide tours of the facility
Tactfully enforce community policies.
Assist with community special events
Swiftly address conflicts or concerns.
Complete various administrative duties such as room rental reservations, program registrations and answering phones.
Provide additional cleaning in or around the facility.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. This position is occasionally performed in outdoor weather conditions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; and reach.
TRAVEL:
No travel is expected for this position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma.
