Description
The Concierge 1 greets and provides support and resource information on the organization, facility and area to patients, families and visitors with the intent of improving the patient experience. The Concierge 1 performs basic administrative/clerical/operational/customer support/computational tasks. Typically works on routine and patterned assignments.
Responsibilities
The Concierge 1 welcomes Patients t the Center in a warm and friendly manner, will take Patient information and put names on a waiting list, cleans and organizes the waiting area and restrooms, and interacts with Patients as they leave to ensure a positive overall experience. Provides assistance and directions. May provide tours. May serve as a resource to staff who need assistance. Decisions are limited to defined parameters around work expectations, quality standards, priorities and timing, and works under close supervision and/or within established policies/practices and guidelines with minimal opportunity for deviation.
Required Qualifications High School Diploma Less than 2 years of technical experience Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences Preferred Qualifications Additional Information
