Summary:
We are looking for a Concierge whose main focus is to ensure our clients have all the information in regards to the features of our vehicles and services provided at our dealership.

Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and in a courteous matter
Provides customers information about the different tools and services provided
Directs customer to service, finance or sale areas as needed
Offers tour of dealership and directs customer to amenities
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Minimum one (1) year experience of customer service
Positive attitude
Great communication skills
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
Bilingual Preferred English & Spanish
