Perennial Construction is a quickly growing company that provides painting, handyman, and construction services to over 500 buildings in the New York City metropolitan area. We are looking for dependable and hard-working material delivery and garbage disposal drivers to join our team.
You will be responsible for making sure deliveries are made on time and communicated with the onsite staff as well as retrieving and disposing of garbage, debris, and other items. Additional duties will occasionally include moving furniture from workspaces, cleaning workspace areas, and organizing inventory. A strong sense of workplace cleanliness and great organizational skills required. Potential hirees must also be able to problem-solve and supply solutions to issues as they arise in the field.
*Requirements: *
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license
Clean driving record
Experience driving in NYC
Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
Strong time management and customer service skills.
Ability to walk, drive, and lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.

Spanish speaking
Construction experience
Ability to work weekends
*Compensation: *
$17-$19 per hour based on experience and qualifications
35-40 hours per week with some opportunity for overtime
