The Confidante is seeking a Cook 3 to join our amazing culinary team. Originally built in the 1940s, The Confidante is a vibrant, playful, sophisticated, yet approachable modern-day experience we call retro-glam. Our Miami Beach oasis is ideally located between the hustle of South Beach and the bustle of Miami’s hip art districts.

Qualifications
Responsibilities may include the following:
The desired cook candidate will have hotel cooking experience and a culinary degree.
A professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures.
Able to work most single stations in the kitchen and require supervision and training.
In-depth skills and knowledge of all kitchen operations.
Capable of producing a consistent product to meet and exceed guests’ needs in a timely manner.
Able to work flexible schedules, AM/PM shifts, weekend and holidays included.
Good Communication skills required.
At least 2-4 years of previous line and fine dining experience preferred.
Culinary degree or related hotel/restaurant experience preferred.
Able to maintain a sanitary and clean work environment.
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
