We are looking for an experienced cook to work full time (40 hrs/week) to prep and serve lunch and dinner for our 21 senior residents (another staff takes care of breakfast). We have a simple set menu, based on a 4 week rotating basis (every 4 weeks it repeats). Cook should keep the kitchen clean and leave a clean kitchen at at of the day. We are looking for someone reliable as the wellbeing of our senior residents depends on them getting good meals each day. We are a family owned and managed facility, everyone knows everyone and we all work together as a team…our senior residents are as part of our family. If you have a current Servsafe certification, that is ideal, otherwise, we’ll pay for you to get it, and we’d need you to take that class and test (online) within first couple weeks of hire.
